Dear partners,

The 1^st version of new European School Radio portal is ready for testing.

The new portal is temporary accessible through the link http://europeanschoolradio.sch.gr. Through this link users can register to grant full access to portal’s services (e.g. Booking and Uploading, Online courses) or view as visitors various information like participant schools, productions, etc. A special subsystem of new ESR portal is the Booking and Uploading Subsystem where registered users can schedule their productions and upload the related audio files.

At [1] you can find instructions/descriptions regarding the functionalities you are asked to test at the new ESR portal, while at [2] you can find additional instructions regarding the testing of Booking and Uploading Subsystem. Although you can use the following teachers’ test accounts for testing purposes

you are also asked to register for a new account.

The testing that you are asked to perform aims to:

• §  Inform us about any problem or error occurred.
• §  Share with us your comments regarding the portal’s overall functionality and usability.
• §  Check the compliance with the defined specifications.

Your comments must be mentioned at [3]. At sheet Main Portal you can mention your comments regarding the portal and its individual services, while at sheetBooking & Uploading you can mention your comments regarding the Booking & Uploading subsystem. At column:

(a) functionality you can find a drop-down list of the functionalities that you are asked to test (according to the provided instructions),

(b) tester you can find a drop-down list with the initials of all testers’ name (if the initial of your name is not depicted at the drop down list please add it at the sheet Testers) and

(c) Test Result-Comment you can mention you comment regarding a specific test perform (as have been selected from the drop down list of columnfunctionality).

The testing phase will begin on Friday 17^th November and will end on Friday 24^th November.

Your participation is crucial in order to ensure the successive operation of the new ESR portal, so you are kindly asked to take part!
