Haggis is a Scottish cuisine and consists of the stomach of a sheep, paunch called, which is filled with heart, lungs, liver and suet of sheep, onions and oatmeal. Haggis is spicy with pepper and the oatmeal gives it a slightly heavier consistency than sausage.

Raclette (from French racler, «scrape», «scratch») is one of the Swiss national dishes, which are prepared from melted cheese (in addition to the cheese fondue). Also cheese used for making is often referred to as the raclette.
