Halloween: Halloween is a holiday celebrated each year on October 31. The tradition originated with the ancient celtic festival of samhain, when people would light bonfires and wear comstumes to word off ghosts. The evening before is known as Hallows Evel and later Halloween……
Christmas: Christmas is celebrated to remember the birth of Jesus Christ, that Christian believes is the son of God. The name “Christmas’ comes from the Mass of (hristcov Jesus). A Mass service is where Christians remember that Jesus died for us and then come back to life…….
Mother’s Day: Mothers day is celebrated in countries thoughout the world. The holiday originated in the United States and is celebrated on the second Sunday in May. Many onother countries also celebrate the holiday on this date.
Valentine’s Day: Each year on February 14 people exchange cards, candy or flowers with theirs special “Vanlentine”. St. Valentine’s Day dates back to the 5^th century, but has origins in the Roman holliday Lupercalia……..
