Yesterday my class and I attended a play in the centre of Athens,called “Chatroom». It is a performance about cyber bullying.

In the play there were six teenagers who were communicating through chatrooms on the Internet. The main character was Jim. Jim had problems with his family and he had been abandoned by his father at the age of six. He was also depressed because of the bullying he received at school. So he decided to tell his problem to some strangers in a chatroom in order to get help and advice from them.

This play sends us a significant message. Internet communication is not real life. Don’t let the others bring you down and think for yourself. Internet is not a solution!
