At first the EuLab trainers thoroughly presented the results of the project and highlighted the good practices implemented and the positive impact to the students and teachers.
Then, the teachers of each participant school presented the implementation phase of the Methodological Toolkit in the respective school and assessed its results and impact in the school community.

The session concluded with a round table discussion on the results of MyCompass regarding the academic knowledge that is gained, the skills that are obtained and the attitudes that were changed or reassured regarding career orientation and agency in Europe. Moreover, the participants generated ideas on how the MyCompass Methodological Toolkit could be a sustainable good practice for each school in the future.
The Event ended with the certificates’ award to the participants.

The meeting’s proceedings begun with the presentation by the Eulab trainers of the Results of Work Pakage3 act 1 – 2, which were the questionnaires for teachers and students and, then, the presentation of the Second level Reports for the WP3 act 1.
After a short break, the teachers and the EuLab trainers discussed on the experimentation phase of the Methdological toolkit and each school presented and assessed the results emphasizing on the impact of the Methodological toolkit both in certain case studies but also in the school community.

Moreover, the results of each school’s students mobilities – which took place in March and April 2025 – were presented as well and the good educational practices which were implemented during the mobilities were highlighted. The morning session concluded with the presentation of the teachers’ online training activities from October 2024 until May 2025.

Following this, the participants gathered for a social lunch in Sepolia neighbourhood of the city of Athens. Durning the afternoon session the main focus was given to the Transversal Activities (Communication, Dissemination, Quality, Sustainability, Administration) with respect to the deadline of the projects’ duration so that all the needed actions are completed on time (until the 31st of August 2025).

After the afternoon session the partners experienced a visit in the world-famous Acropolis Sacred Rock, the unmatched landmark of European culture. The day ended with a dinner in the old city of Athens.

The students of the 4 partner schools took part in the implementation phase of the methodological toolkit. They used the CALLING platform and career conversation techniques such as «My Career Story» workbook. The trained teachers of each respective school were mentoring them all the way and provided constant support.

The students took part in a career counseling conversation with the 53rd Lyceum’s school psychologist. The students prepared a semi-constructed interview in which the school’s psychologist answered many questions regarding this profession.  They also discussed about career orientation and its psychological aspects for young people, their families and the school community.

They also practiced the Students Consultation activity, an innovating educational project in which the students simulate the City’s Counsil and suggest solutions to important issues regarding the urban environment and the city life, thus improving their active citizenship skills.

Not only that but also they had the chance to be engaged in experiential activities regarding professions related to arts and culture, like dance, music, tour guidance, archaeology and monuments’ preservation.

Moreover, the Greek teachers implemented the career conversation model “My Career Story”, in which the teachers were trained during the  online training courses. The students made a good use of the 3-part “My Career Story” so that they can understand more about themselves, namely their skills, values, needs and career wishes.

Regarding the cultural activities, the students enjoyed walking guided tours in some of the most iconic monuments and archaeological sites of the city of Athens. They visited the famous Acropolis and its marvelous monuments. They also visited the Acropolis Museum where they not only admired the unique exhibits of Classical Art but also participated in experiential activities at the museum. The Greek and Romanian students had a walking tour in the city center and visited landmarks such as the Unknown Soldier monument, the Prime Minister’s office, the Panathenaic stadium, the Zappeion, the byzantine churches, the Roman Agora and Hadrian’s Library, the Plaka old city neighborhood.

The students and teachers from both schools not only enhanced many skills related to self-awareness, communication, creative thinking, foreign language speaking, creativity, collaboration etc., but also reinforced their European identity, enriched their cultural capital and solidified the good partnership between the 2 schools.
