As the new year approaches, all of us eTwinning partners are bringing together our creative ideas and our unique animal symbols to share warm wishes and positive energy. Each animal, with its unique characteristics, makes our wishes more colorful.
Fill in your animal and write your wishes. We kindly ask you to remove the background from your animal image.

Activity: “My Animal’s Adventure”

Each class will work with its chosen animal and create a short adventure story. The activity combines writing, creativity, digital skills, and cultural exchange.

What students are asked to do:

1.Write a short adventure about their class animal.

2.Illustrate the story.

3.Add captions in two languages:

English

And their mother tongue.

4.If you want, you can record your story in your native language and write subtitles in English.

You can use tools such as Pixton, BookCreator, StoryJumper, Canva or Google slides.

Proposed story structure

1. Title: My Animal’s Adventure
2. Character: «Our class animal is the pigeon, fox, bear…»
3. Beginning: Where does it live? What is it doing?
4. Problem: Something unexpected happens!
5. Adventure: The animal travels/meets new friends/ finds a solution.
6. Ending: Happy or funny ending.
7. Message: What did the animal learn?

Each participating school selects a native or culturally significant animal.

It’s time for each class to create a drawing of the animal that represents the country assigned to them!

Please follow the steps below carefully:

1. Open the Google Doc provided.
2. In the left column, write the name of your class’s chosen animal — make sure it is an indigenous (native) animal of your assigned country.
3. In the right column, upload a clear photo of children s drawing of that animal.
4. Before uploading, please remove the background from your drawing so that only the animal is visible. You can use online tools such as remove.bg or Adobe Express Background Remover.
5. Ensure your image is neat, well-lit, and represents your chosen animal as clearly as possible.

⚠️ Important:
Each participating class or school must choose a different animal, so please check the list before selecting yours to avoid duplicates.

When everyone has uploaded their drawings, we’ll have a wonderful collection showing the diversity of animals from around the world — each one proudly represented by your class!
