Invented at a chip shop near Aberdeen, the deep-fried Mars bar has been given a «must try» status for those visiting Scotland. It’s exactly what it says on the tin, a standard Mars bar that has been dunked in a deep fat fryer to get all crispy on the outside and melted on the inside.
