Chocolate Chip Cake

Ingredients

30 gr chocolate
80 gr sugar
1 kilo flour
2 vanillas
3 eggs
10 gr butter

Pour the eggs and sugar and beat them. Then pour ½ kilo flour and the 2 vanillas. Mix them and pour the rest of the flour. Now pour the butter and go on mixing. Then break the chocolate and put it in the mixture. Finally pour the mixture in a cake pan spread with butter.

Crispy French Toast

Ingredients

6 bread slices
1/2 cup milk
2 eggs
1/4 teaspoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1 tablespoon oil

Beat the eggs. Add milk, sugar, and cinnamon and mix together. Use a fork to dip each bread slice into the mixture one at a time. The key here is to dip it in the mixture long enough to soak well, but not too long, to avoid it breaking apart.

Cook the bread on a hot griddle with medium heat for 2-3 minutes on each side.
It serves 3 people.

Suggested toppings: powdered sugar, honey, cream cheese.
