Additives and substances

Additives and substances E are chemicals that are only allowed in certain foods. Some are legal, but many have been permanently withdrawn because they are not safe for our health. Consuming enough substance E causes bad effects on human health, especially on young children.

They are added to ready meals. The purpose is to increase the expiration time, to improve the taste, smell and color. Many of them are suspected of serious diseases such as carcinogenesis, neurological disorders, heart disease and many other diseases.

The most dangerous additives are dyes for food.They are used for aesthetic reasons, because they give color to food and attracts humans to eat it.

It is difficult to avoid substance «E» in our food, but we may not consume enough of foods that contain these substances
