Internal Teacher Training and Dissemination

The Erasmus Experience in Berlin: Exchange of Ideas and Innovative Teaching Practices

From 6 to 12 October 2024, teachers from our school participated in an Erasmus training mobility in Berlin. The purpose of this mobility was to enhance teaching practices, exchange ideas with international partners, and develop new skills that support our students in the 21st century.

During the visit, participating teachers attended seminars and workshops focused on innovative teaching methods, the use of digital tools, and the strengthening of intercultural communication—all directly connected to the project’s aim of raising awareness about environmental protection and climate change, as reflected in the Erasmus title «Protect Your Nature, Protect Your Future.» Special emphasis was placed on integrating modern technologies into the educational process and developing activities that promote environmental consciousness and active citizenship.

In-School Dissemination and Training

To disseminate the knowledge and experiences gained, our school is organising a series of training sessions for the rest of the teaching staff. The four two-hour sessions will cover several key areas, including intercultural communication through European programmes, the use of digital tools and innovative teaching strategies, as well as the promotion of sustainability and active citizenship within the school community.

These training sessions will equip our colleagues with the tools and knowledge needed to apply new approaches in their daily teaching practice, enriching the learning environment and integrating modern educational tools into our classrooms.

The training programme, which began on Wednesday 30 October, is as follows:
