Is social media beneficial for you?

It is known that using social media can have benefits for teens’ mental health, but only if they use it in the right way.Teens believe that the negative aspects of social media far outweigh the positive one for numerous reasons. They believe that they spent their time just chatting with their friends and posting videos or photos. This situation affects both their school life and their relationship with their families.
