“MONSTERS OF DIET”

Many people have unhealthy lifestyles. What we are doing wrong is that there are a lot of unhealthy kinds of food that we like a lot and we can not stop eating them.

For example, we like fast food so much that we order it all the time. This is wrong. Instead of fast food we can eat some vegetables or fruit. We can also avoid butter because it is greasy. Oil is the same but it is not as unhealthy as butter.

Based on the food pyramid we should not eat chocolates and sweets more than 4 times a month unless the quantities we eat are small. This does not mean that we can eat them every day. Instead of chocolate we can choose  cereal bars or dark chocolate which is healthier.

In addition, fish, eggs and poultry are not unhealthy but we should not eat them so often.

The best thing we can do to improve our diet is to add vegetables, fruits, cheese, yogurt, cereals and legumes to it. Also, a very important thing is to drink more water.  At least 5-8 glasses a day.

DO NOT REDUCE UNHEALTHY FOODS SO MUCH BUT INCREASE HEALTHY ONES!!!
