Food and nutritional status

Food is part of our daily life. We need it to stay alive, just as the water. Through the food -nutrition our body gets all the necessary nutrients it needs to function properly.

That’s why we should eat food from all food groups and avoid ready – made foods. So our body, will perform better, so we can read faster and understand our lessons easily. Proper nutrition contributes to proper development and maintenance of the body at normal levels.

With food people come closer and also travel to taste flavors of other regions as well. Usually each region has a characteristic food which we call traditional.
