12^th November 2016 (SATURDAY) – arrival of the partner schools representatives in Warsaw, check in and meeting with the Polish school coordinators in Warsaw.

13^th November 2016 (SUNDAY)

ü  breakfast at the hotel,

ü  project meeting,

ü  sightseeing tour around Warsaw,

ü  lunch in a restaurant,

ü  travel to Ostrow Wielkopolski,

ü  check in to Villa Royal Hotel and meeting the host families.

14^th November 2016 (MONDAY)

ü  breakfast at the hotel,

ü  school visit and meeting with the head teacher, staff and pupils,

ü  participating in classes,

ü  lunch at school,

ü  project coordinators meeting,

ü  sightseeing Ostrow Wielkopolski,

ü  supper.

15^th November 2016 (TUESDAY)

ü  breakfast at the hotel,

ü  visit at school,

ü  project meeting,

ü  lunch at school,

ü  trip to Goluchow,

ü  supper.

16^th November 2016 (WEDNESDAY)

ü  breakfast at the hotel,

ü  visit at school and a location- based game,

ü  project meeting,

ü  lunch at school,

ü  sporting events – dodgeball tournament, Nordic walking in Piaski Szczygliczka (depending on weather conditions),

ü  supper.

17^th November 2016 (THURSDAY)

ü  breakfast at the hotel,

ü  visit at school,

ü  meeting with the local authorities in the town hall,

ü  lunch at school,

ü  farewell bonfire party in Antonin

18^th November 2016 (FRIDAY)

ü  departure.
