The Erasmus+ My Compass teachers took part in an online training session held by Eulab trainers on how to use a career consulting model for students 16-19 years old.
The trainers analysed the career consulting practices in the educational system of Italy, Romania, Portugal and Greece while presenting basic psychological theories on career consulting.
The Work Package 2 was analysed and expained in detail because it is the key element for the implementation of the Erasmus+ My Compass project.
The trainers presented the basic elements on the current career consulting models that will be used, the key elements and the good practices of the imlementation of the Calling project.
