Ένα εμπνευσμένο και δημιουργικό workshop στο Μουσικό Σχολείο Ηρακλείου στο πλαίσιο της ευρωπαϊκής συνεργασίας eTwinning AULOS
Με ιδιαίτερη χαρά το Μουσικό Σχολείο Ηρακλείου υποδέχθηκε τον Ισπανό μουσικό και εκπαιδευτικό José Manuel Requena Olivares, ο οποίος υλοποίησε ένα εμπνευσμένο workshop για τους μαθητές μας.
Το εργαστήριο δημιούργησε μια ατμόσφαιρα ενέργειας και έμπνευσης και, καθ’ όλη τη διάρκειά του, κράτησε αμείωτο το ενδιαφέρον μαθητών και εκπαιδευτικών, καλλιεργώντας ένα κλίμα δημιουργικότητας και ενεργής συμμετοχής. Κατά τη διάρκειά του, οι μαθητές είχαν την ευκαιρία να έρθουν σε επαφή με καινοτόμες προσεγγίσεις στη μουσική εκπαίδευση, να εκφραστούν καλλιτεχνικά και να αναπτύξουν δεξιότητες συνεργασίας και κριτικής σκέψης. Η εμπειρία αυτή αποτέλεσε μια ουσιαστική παιδαγωγική και πολιτισμική ανταλλαγή, ενισχύοντας το άνοιγμα του σχολείου μας σε ευρωπαϊκά εκπαιδευτικά δίκτυα.
Η συνεργασία αυτή στάθηκε η αφετηρία για τη δημιουργία του ευρωπαϊκού έργου eTwinning με τίτλο “Aulos: Igniting creative and critical thinking in students within a European educational context”. Το AULOS είναι ένα διεπιστημονικό και διακρατικό εκπαιδευτικό πρόγραμμα eTwinning, βασισμένο σε μια ιδέα που αντλεί έμπνευση από τον μύθο του Θησέα και του Μινώταυρου. Στο πλαίσιο του έργου,
μαθητές του σχολείου μας συνεργάζονται με μαθητές από τα ισπανικά σχολεία IES Guadiana Villarrubia de los Ojos και IESO La Falcata, συμμετέχοντας σε κοινές δραστηριότητες που προάγουν τη δημιουργικότητα,την κριτική σκέψη και τη διαπολιτισμική επικοινωνία.
Το eTwinning αποτελεί μια σημαντική ευρωπαϊκή δράση που ενθαρρύνει τη συνεργασία σχολείων από διαφορετικές χώρες, αξιοποιώντας ψηφιακά εργαλεία και καινοτόμες διδακτικές πρακτικές. Μέσα από τέτοιες πρωτοβουλίες, οι μαθητές μας αποκτούν πολύτιμες εμπειρίες, διευρύνουν τους ορίζοντές τους και αναπτύσσουν δεξιότητες απαραίτητες για τον σύγχρονο ευρωπαϊκό πολίτη.

An inspiring and creative workshop at the Music School of Heraklion within the framework of the eTwinning AULOS collaboration
The Music School of Heraklion had the pleasure of welcoming Spanish musician and educator José Manuel Requena Olivares, who delivered an inspiring workshop for our students.
The workshop fostered an atmosphere of energy and inspiration and, throughout its duration, maintained the strong engagement of both students and teachers, cultivating a highly creative and participatory environment. During the workshop, students had the opportunity to engage with creative and innovative approaches to music education, express themselves artistically, and develop collaboration and critical thinking skills. This experience was a valuable educational and cultural exchange, strengthening our school’s connection with European educational networks.
This collaboration also served as the starting point for the development of the European eTwinning project entitled “Aulos: Igniting creative and critical thinking in students within a European educational context”. AULOS is a multidisciplinary and transnational eTwinning educational project, based on an idea inspired by the myth of Theseus and the Minotaur. Within this project, our students collaborate with peers from the Spanish schools IES Guadiana (Villarrubia) and IESO La Falcata, participating in joint activities that promote creativity, critical thinking, and intercultural communication.
eTwinning is a major European initiative that fosters collaboration among schools across countries through digital tools and innovative teaching practices. Through such initiatives, our students gain valuable experiences, broaden their horizons, and develop essential skills for active European citizenship.
