Thanksgiving is celebrated as a means of giving thanks for family, friends, food, health and other positivities.
It is a holiday in the United States celebrated on the fourth Thursday of November. It is the day people celebrate the bountiful harvest season and thank God for giving their “child” a full life.
For many families it’s a chance to gather together and there are also thanksgiving parades, large and small, to mark the occasion.
