Easter in Greece
TRADITIONS
One tradition in Greece is dying the eggs on Easter eve. After, we stick stickers on the eggs. At lunch time it’s time to destroy the eggs by crashing one onto the other. We hit the top of the egg with the bottom of the other egg and we say “Christ has risen” and the other answers “Truly risen”.
