PAOK’s Success in the U.C.L.

After the 2026/27 season, when PAOK qualified for the Champions League, today, on 19/08/2028, PAOK has done it again!
In their first match, they will face Eintracht Frankfurt in Germany. Then they will play against Galatasaray in Toumba. After that, they will travel to the Netherlands to face PSV Eindhoven.
In their first match in Germany, PAOK drew 2-2 with Eintracht. In the next game, they lost 1-0 to Galatasaray in Toumba, but then they won 2-1 against PSV in the Netherlands. However, it wasn’t over yet!
In the return match against Galatasaray in Constantinople, PAOK made an incredible comeback, winning 3-0! Then they defeated Eintracht 2-0 and PSV 1-0.
And that’s how the miracle happened — PAOK advanced in the Champions League!
14/04/2029 & 18/04/2029 – The Semi-Finals
PAOK faced Barcelona at Camp Nou. Barcelona scored early in the 19th minute with Yamal, but in 45’+2 Zivkovic equalized for PAOK.
In the second half, Yamal scored again (53’), but PAOK didn’t give up! Zafeiris made it 2-2 in the 70th minute, and in 90’+3 Ozdoev scored the winning goal — PAOK 3, Barcelona 2!
Next, PAOK faced PSG in Nea Toumba Stadium.
Speaker: “Dembele with the ball… Doue… Nuno Mendes… Pavlenka blocks it! Konstantelias dribbles, passes to Taison… Taison shoots — crossbar! What a chance!”
At halftime: PAOK 0 – PSG 0.
But in 90’+2…
Speaker: “PAOK wins a corner. Despodov to take it…”
GOAL!!! Directly from a corner kick! An amazing goal! PAOK 1 – PSG 0!
And that’s the end! PAOK beats PSG and goes to the FINAL!
20/05/2029 – The Final
PAOK plays against Real Madrid at the Santiago Bernabéu.
Speaker: “Mbappé… Bellingham… Vinícius… GOAL! Vinícius makes it 1-0 in the 10th minute!”
Then Taison passes to Zivkovic, to Voglianco, to Konstantelias… GOAL! He makes it 1-1 in 45’+5!
Halftime: Real Madrid 1 – PAOK 1.
In the second half, Mbappé scores again in the 77th minute — 2-1. But PAOK fights back! Zivkovic scores an amazing goal from outside the box in 82’ — 2-2!
Then, in 90’+3, Konstantelias scores with a stunning bicycle kick! GOAAAL!!!
And that’s the end — PAOK are the Champions League winners!
