Romania’s contributions to literature

Romania has made lots of breakthroughs regarding literature, some examples being:

1. The Dada Movement, where romanian writers were the driving force behind Dada, a  key figure being Tristan Tzara.

 2. The Historiography of Religions, where Mircea Eliade revolutionized the academia study of mythology and literature.

 EminescuThere are also many people that changed the way literature is today, like Mihai Eminescu, considered “The Alchemist of the Romanian Language”, he pushed the language to it’s absolute expressive limits, creating “Luceafărul”. Another significant personality regarding literature is Ion Luca Caragiale, famous for being the founder of Romanian comic theater and being a master of dialogue and stereotypes, lightening up the mood, making reading much more enjoyable.

 Overall, Romania has contributed to literature by expanding it’s range of creativity in terms of art, also exploring new concepts regarding religions. In terms of writing, Romania has made a lot of progress, like pushing the level of writing to it’s absolute max, while also upgrading the sense of humour.
