Non-verbal communication refers to all the ways we use to communicate without using our voice. It includes gestures, body movements and posture, eyes, touch, facial expressions. For example, when we frown, we all know something is wrong! However, non-verbal cues do not have the same meaning around the world. Take a moment to think about spitting.
