School Garden

With great enthusiasm, our school has launched its first attempt to create a School Vegetable Garden!
The Parents’ Association, together with the school and students from all grades, joined forces in an activity filled with life, learning, and love for nature.

Our students happily put their hands in the soil, planting tomatoes, eggplants, peppers, thyme, oregano, and rosemary — and we all look forward to watching our plants grow and flourish!

This was our first effort, inspired by the knowledge we gained during our visit to the farm in Megara (agale.gr) during the Erasmus Week, as well as by the philosophy and themes of our KA210 project “Protect Your Nature, Protect Your Future.”

Thanks to the generous contributions of:

Kipodomi (soil and gardening materials),

Vioma Farm (seedlings and seeds),
and the voluntary support of parents, teachers, and students, a new space was created — one that connects us with the earth and with one another.

This activity:

strengthens our environmental awareness ,

teaches responsibility and collaboration,

offers joy and creativity to everyone, regardless of age!

We continue with dedication and hope to enjoy our very first harvest together.
