Some thoughts about phone addiction

Today, we are going to talk about phone addiction. Lately so many kids are always on their phones or ipads. I am here to help you get over it with some useful advice.
- Have a digital detox day. What I mean by that is to have a whole day without your phone.
- Delete apps. Some apps are interesting but addictive. Let’s make your phone less attractive. Delete games, apps, TikTok and more of them.
- Find a hobby. Find something more interesting to do, such as: ride a bike, do sport, go for a walk, watch a film and so much more.
