ROLL CAKE

Ingredients:

  • 5 medium eggs at room temperature
  • A pinch of salt
  • 1 vanilla
  • 80 gr sugar
  • 40 gr milk
  • 40 gr sunflower oil
  • 100 gr all-purpose flour

Filling of your choice: Nutella, Jam, Honey….

 

Recipe:

Firstly, put in a bowl the eggs, the salt, the vanilla and the sugar. Mix them for 7 to 10 minutes, until the mix becomes smooth and homogenous. Next, add the milk and the sunflower oil and mix for 1 to 2 minutes. Then, add the flour and mix with a spatula.

In a baking pan (28 x 38cm), lined with parchment paper, pour in the mix.1

Preheat your oven to 190°C. Bake the mix for 12-13 minutes.2

After, let it cool for a couple minutes and spread the filling you want.3

Then roll it and let it cool in the fridge for some hours. Finally your roll cake is ready! Decorate it however you like! Enjoy!!!4
