Cookies with butter and chocolate drops

140 g  soft butter

200 g soft brown sugar

50 g white sugar

2 eggs beaten

350 g flour for all uses

1 teaspoon baking soda

1 teaspoon cinnamon

½  teaspoon salt

115 g chopped almonds or other nuts (if you want)

115 g chocolate drops



Preheat oven to 1900C.  In a large bowl, cream together butter and sugar. Then mix the beaten eggs and afterwards the flour, the baking soda, the salt and the cinnamon. At the end, add the almond and the chocolate drops.

Form with the dough round cookies, put them in a baking tray and bake them for about 10’.  Leave them to cool for a while and  place  them on a grill.
