A WONDERFUL CLASS !We all think that there is a good atmosphere even if we are not always together. We are in groups together in Spanish and German. We all like each other. Our timetable is okay but sometimes the morning classes can be really long. We are often tired. However we’re lucky because we start class at 10 sometimes.

A typical day for a French high school student in his high school is:

When pupils go to high school, they can walk or come by bus for those who do not live near.

In the school, we have different buildings: B, D, ES and EN with a lot of classrooms. At the beginning, it was very difficult for us to identify our classrooms.

-8:00 a.m or 9:00 a.m : we start our classes until noon.

-From 12:00 p.m to 2:00 p.m : we eat at the canteen or so some people – external ones – come back home to eat. Sometimes, we can also eat a kebab in town or at the McDonald restaurant : it depends of everyone’s desire.

-From 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. or 6:00 p.m. we have classes.

After the end of the day, everyone goes home either by bus, on foot or by car.

We have two breaks that last around 10 minutes, so at 10:00 and another at 4:00. While it is the break, we can stay under the patio, we can go home where it’s warm or to the “home of students” or for smokers, go to smoke outside the school.

We have busy and very tiring days. What’s more, when we are back home, we have homework to do. So very often we complain about having too much work and not enough time to rest.

In 1 Es (the name of our section) we have a lot classes, we are often overwhelmed by the job. Moreover we have the French and science Baccalauréat (exam) and at the end of the year.

Our group :

We are a class of students divided into 2 groups, in our group we are more girls than boys . We are specialized in economics and sociology in Blaise Pascal High school.

We are between 15 and 17 years old and we are an energetic class, funny and a class that works well. We live in different cities.

We are involved in this project with Mrs Bouteiller, our English teacher since the beginning of the school year, we create a logo just like you and we published different articles on the site on different and various topics. We are divided into different groups to present our life in France, our school, our class, our daily life as French students.

We are quite pleased to do this work. We love to share with teenagers from other countries because it enriches our culture, our vocabulary and our social life. In France we are very welcoming and sociable so this project was done for our group.

So thank you to our teacher to follow us in this project!
