It’s Christmas time again and I am going to make Kourabiethes with my mother!
So I’m giving you the recipe!
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 cups of butter
- 5 cups of flour
- 1/2 cup of icing sugar
- 5 vanilla sticks
- 1 cup of almonds
- flower water
- icing sugar ( to cover them)
Put the butter and icing sugar in the mixer. Beat for 5 minutes and then add the flour, the vanillas and the almonds. Mix softly. Make them round, put them on the baking tray and bake for 30 minutes in 175 degrees Celsius. When they are baked spray them with flower water and cover them with icing sugar.
