Kobe Bryant was one of the greatest players the basketball sport had ever seen. His nickname was “Black Mamba” because he used to train a lot of hours and had the killer instinct which means he could destroy his opponents in clutch times.

In the 2018 Oscars ceremony Kobe was there. Some people may had thought that he was there just because he wanted to attend the ceremony. Others thought he was there because he was a celebrity.

The real reason Mr Bryant was there ,  was that he would actually receive an Oscar award. It was the first time an athlete had the opportunity to win an award like that.  The real reason was his retirement tribute video on Youtube where you could learn a lot of things about his basketball career in less than 5 minutes.

The video he created was meaningful  and could give valuable advice to the youth. Mamba has always been a source of inspiration to many people. Watching the video, you can see how he handled his success as well as how he overcame his failure.
